Questions we get asked first
Design fees typically run 10–15% of the construction and furnishing budget, with a minimum engagement of $18,000. We give you a fixed fee after the site survey, not an open-ended hourly rate.
A single-room refresh runs 8–12 weeks. A full apartment with construction is usually 6–9 months from first meeting to handover, depending on permits and lead times on custom pieces.
Yes, for full-service projects. We travel for the survey, concept presentation and two site visits during the build, and work with a vetted local contractor for day-to-day supervision.
Almost always. We inventory what you have at the survey stage and build the scheme around the pieces worth keeping — it saves money and it keeps the room feeling like yours.
On turnkey projects, yes — we hold the programme, run the trades and handle snagging. On design-only projects we hand over a full drawing set and stay available for questions during the build.
